Digging deep in the ancient subterranean landscape of modern day Kyoto, two moles with large hands struck something solid, metallic. Their burrowing immediately ceased but before they could drill through this alien obstacle, the unmistakable soft clink of glasses touched their ears. Rather than drill they knocked. A door cranked open and revealed within it a vault. A bank vault. Inside were two crafty thieves toasting a glass of beer. Around them stacked high were piles of the rare Padparascha Sapphire. The moles of Bighand Bros and the thieves of Craft Bank immediately set about stealing this precious stone and carving it into a delicious beer to celebrate the occasion. Padparaja was born: a Festbier. A beautifully crisp golden drop; a charming sweetness at the fore makes way for a biscuity maltiness before a gentle bitter finish. Keep this cold in the deepest and safest cavern of your home, and when the Fest arrives, crack it cold and enjoy the ride.
