GROUNDTAP BREWERY さんとのコラボレーション。

両ブルワーがアイルランドに滞在していたことをきっかけに、アイルランドで親しまれているアイリッシュレッドエールを醸造しました。

トーストやナッツ、キャラメルのような香ばしい香りが広がり、シリアルのような軽やかさを感じつつも、じんわりモルトの甘みを感じます。リーフホップ由来の優しい苦味が後味に広がり、飲み疲れせずに満足感のあるビールに仕上がりました。

寒い時期に、温かい部屋でじっくりと温度変化を楽しみながら飲んでいただきたい一杯です。
